OUR STORY — Great burgers, translated.
We love burgers. We love Mexican food. So we created the Mexican
burger.
From the founder of Which Wich®
and Genghis Grill®, comes
Burguesa Burger® — a concept
that blends American and Mexican influences to create great burgers,
fries, and beverages.
 From
our signature "Mexican burger", La Monumental™, to our more classic
juicy Burguesas, burger lovers will love our take on burgers with a
Mexican twist.
La Monumental™ - You've never had a burger like this before. Two
beef patties, two slices of cheese, ham, avocado, lettuce, tomato,
onion, refried beans, crunchy tostada, and special creamy sauce on a
delicious Bimbo® sesame seed
bun, crowned with a whole jalapeno pepper. Try it…it works.
Burguesa™ - Classic beef patty, served with lettuce, onions, tomato,
and special creamy sauce on a Bimbo®
bun. Add cheese, jalapenos, and/or avocado if you please. Burguesas
can be made as big as you'd like them. Just order "Cuantas x Cuantas…how
many beef patties by how many cheese slices" to build a bigger
burger. Hungry? Order Three by Three (3 x 3).
All burgers come with a traditional Mexican treat-a caramel-wafer
Obleas candy featuring a Spanish proverb or saying translated in
both English and Spanish.
Fries - Hand-cut fresh with the skin on, served in a cup with a
fork. Great by themselves or dipped in our special creamy sauce.
Donuts - These mini donuts are specially made for Burguesa Burger®.
They come on our shakes, or order a bag of three. Powdered sugar,
frosted chocolate, or cinnamon sugar.
Milkshakes - Hand-dipped and blended on a Multimixer (like in the
good ol' days). Strawberry, chocolate, or vanilla. All come
straw-skewered with a donut.
One thing you won't find at Burguesa Burger®
is high fructose corn syrup. We created our own fountain sodas,
unique to Burguesa Burger®,
made with pure natural sugar cane. Burguesa Mexicana Sodas come in
Cola, Orange, Lemon-Lime, and Grapefruit flavors. We also stock
imported bottles of Mexican Coca-Cola®
and Jarritos® bottled soda.
Burguesa Burger® is a
borderless concept with the menu translated in both English and
Spanish for easy ordering. Dollars, pesos – we take both. Bring your
amigos.
