OUR STORY — Great burgers, translated.

We love burgers. We love Mexican food. So we created the Mexican burger.

Founded by Jeff Sinelli, the restaurateur behind award-winning concepts Genghis Grill® and Which Wich® Superior Sandwiches, Burguesa Burger® blends classic American foods with traditional Mexican flavors, resulting in a menu of burgers, fries, and beverages unlike any other. From classic burguesas® to the signature La Monumental®, loaded with two beef patties, two slices of cheese, ham, avocado, refried beans, crunchy tostada, lettuce, tomato, onion, and creamy special sauce, you will love our take on burgers with a Mexican twist.

Burguesa Burger also offers hand-dipped strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla milkshakes blended on a Multimixer, just like in the good old days. All come straw-skewered with a donut. More sweet endings are churros filled with dulche de leche. We also serve breakfast tacos and burritos all day.

One thing you won’t find at Burguesa Burger is high fructose corn syrup. We created our own fountain sodas, unique to Burguesa Burger, made with pure natural sugar cane. Burguesa Burger Mexicana sodas come in cola, orange, lemon-lime, and grapefruit flavors. We also stock imported bottles of Mexican Coca-Cola® and Jarritos® bottled soda.

Burguesa Burger® is a borderless concept, with a menu printed in both English and Spanish for easy ordering. All orders come with a traditional Mexican treat featuring a special saying.

Bring dollars or pesos—we take both. And don’t forget to bring your amigos!
